Description

You will join a team responsible for maintaining and developing an internal SAS environment used in agile product development (CRI). The role focuses on administering and configuring SAS applications, ensuring continuous operation of processes, and providing day-to-day support to business and technical users. The environment includes batch processes, server components, and job scheduling/monitoring using SAS tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and continuously maintain the SAS environment and SAS applications

• Monitor batch jobs and flows, analyze failures, and handle errors

• Use Flow Manager / Schedule Manager to schedule and control SAS tasks

• Support SAS application users; analyze tickets and resolve technical issues

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during changes and deployments

• Contribute to stability, availability, and correct configuration of the production environment

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of SAS environment administration and configuration, preferably SAS 9.x / 9.4

• Knowledge of Base SAS fundamentals and SAS server components

• Experience starting, analyzing, and maintaining batch processes

• Knowledge of Flow Manager / Schedule Manager (or similar SAS workflow scheduling mechanisms)

• Ability to diagnose issues and support users

• Independence and accountability for the maintained environment; ability to work with IT and business teams
