Description

Join an AI-focused team developing and scaling a software platform powering the corporate credit chain—from origination to monitoring. You’ll design and implement solutions that reflect business requirements while maintaining clean code, security, performance, and maintainability. You will also contribute through testing, collaboration, documentation, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions accurately reflecting business requirements and meeting highest code-quality standards (clean code, maintainability, security, performance).
• Prepare unit and non-regression tests ensuring correctness of developed solutions.
• Actively participate in meetings with status updates, raising blockers, and challenging other team members including Business Analysts.
• Be proactive in sharing insights that improve overall solution quality.
• Prepare or update project documentation to share knowledge with other team members.
• Perform code review of other team members’ work and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with an IT specialization.
• Knowledge of Java 17+, JUnit, Mockito.
• Excellent command of source-code collaboration tools, particularly Git.
• Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration, HTTP, messaging systems, and design patterns.
• Nice to have: Spring or Quarkus; ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate); TypeScript; HTML; Angular 2+.
• Fluent English.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt quickly; passionate about new technologies.
• Willingness and ability to work with local and remote multicultural teams.
• Constantly seeking ways to improve performance and knowledge.
• Interest in banking payment processing standards.
