Description

You will support analysis of business needs and translate them into functional requirements for a cryptocurrency operations platform. You will document requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and help model and optimize business processes—especially around customer onboarding and user account management. You’ll work closely with business, architects, developers, and IT teams to refine and verify the delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into requirements for development teams

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical documentation

• Model and optimize business processes (customer onboarding and user account handling)

• Analyze system integrations and data flows

• Cooperate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and IT teams

• Help the project team clarify requirements and explain business topics

• Verify that delivered solutions align with business requirements

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis in banking, fintech, or financial services

• Practical ability to collect, analyze, and document business requirements

• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and descriptions of business processes

• Knowledge of customer onboarding and user account management processes

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify dependencies between systems

• Understanding of system integration and data flow

• Experience working with business, development teams, and IT architects

• Independence, analytical approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills
