Description

You will help develop a fintech crowdfunding platform by analyzing business logic and translating requirements into clear, developer-ready specifications. The focus is on understanding the underlying problem, asking follow-up questions to uncover missing business rules, defining acceptance criteria, and validating that the implemented solution works correctly. You will also support functional testing and maintain functional/process documentation.

Role / Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into concrete, understandable development specs
• Analyze business logic, edge scenarios, dependencies, and change impacts across the system
• Prepare functional specifications, use cases, process descriptions, workflow, and simple diagrams
• Collaborate with project leadership, colleagues, and developers to refine requirements and propose solutions
• Define acceptance criteria and verify delivery matches the specification
• Functionally test new features and ensure correctness of processes, calculations, and business rules
• Create and maintain functional and process documentation
• As needed, support data/process analysis, reporting, integrations, and resolution of non-standard situations

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis for information systems
• Ability to structure problems and think about the system in broader context
• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into development requirements
• Ability to clarify ambiguities and identify missing or incomplete business rules
• Capability to identify risks, edge cases, and possible alternative solutions
• Clear communication to explain conclusions to different team stakeholders
• Ability to drive tasks end-to-end from analysis through implementation support to verification
• Technical orientation to understand how the information system works and collaborate effectively with development
