Description

Lead a cross-functional squad responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered business process automation solutions. You will define the technical direction and architecture, analyze business processes for AI automation opportunities, and oversee end-to-end workflow automation and API integrations. You will also mentor the team and build scalable, secure, and maintainable automation patterns using AI agents and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary squad delivering AI Process Automation solutions
• Define technical direction and solution architecture
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using AI
• Design and oversee end-to-end workflow automation
• Support business users and citizen developers in building scalable automation solutions
• Select and use Process Automation, BPM, and Low-Code/No-Code technologies
• Design solutions using AI Agents and Generative AI
• Apply Prompt Engineering in automation solutions
• Oversee API-based integrations with internal and external systems
• Create standards, best practices, and reusable automation patterns
• Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, security, and other technology teams
• Ensure scalability, security, quality, and maintainability of delivered solutions
• Mentor squad members and grow AI and automation capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, process automation, solution architecture, AI, or a related field
• Experience leading technical teams, squads, or complex technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation and Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience designing workflows and workflow orchestration
• Practical experience with UiPath, Maisa, and/or Noxus
• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms
• Practical experience with AI Agents and Generative AI
• Hands-on knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Experience integrating systems via APIs
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent English
