Description

You will be responsible for registering and controlling technical assets, including running inventory activities. The role includes validating data in the asset register module, generating documents and system reports for business and Accounting needs, and handling disposal documentation and lost-asset protocols. You will also support verification of assets delegated to external service locations.

Responsibilities

• Record purchased equipment

• Maintain equipment location information

• Verify data accuracy in the Asset Register module of the Technical Asset Base

• Manage equipment storage for disposal and generate decommissioning (withdrawal) protocols from the Technical Asset Base

• Generate OT documents for Accounting

• Create system summaries/reports for business users

• Prepare protocols for withdrawing assets lost during property insurance programs

• Verify assets assigned to External Services

• Perform inventory: planned, ad-hoc, and handover/acceptance counts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical position

• Secondary education (preferably higher)

• English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate)

• Knowledge of ToyBox or another fixed asset management system

• Driving license category B
