Description

You will create and configure SCCM mechanisms for remote OS installation and application packages, deploy security updates to workstations using Software Update Point, and automate administrative tasks with scripts. You will also create reports, prepare and maintain IT/telecommunication support tools, and provide second-line user support. The role includes participation in defining IT standards and contributing to IT projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Very good knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system
• Knowledge of how network services operate
• Ability to write automation scripts for administrative tasks (VBScript, PowerShell)
• Ability to create SQL queries
• Ability to create procedures and technical documentation
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Highly developed collaboration skills and accountability for shared goals
• Proactive and flexible attitude in a changing business environment
• Strong focus on best customer experience (internal and external)
