Description

You will lead client AI strategy work: run workshops, identify and prioritize AI use cases, define product vision and success criteria, prototype early, and drive adoption after go-live. You stay through delivery to ensure measurable business impact and adjust direction based on data.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engagements end to end (discovery, business case, product definition, rollout, and measuring results)
• Conduct workshops with management boards and operational teams to understand processes, bottlenecks, and data
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases; create roadmaps with value estimates and stated assumptions
• Convert strategy into requirements and success criteria engineers can build against
• Prototype ideas early using Claude, Lovable, and other tools for early client validation
• Design adoption through training, change management, and AI champions; track usage after go-live
• Advise stakeholders on trade-offs and risks; recommend course corrections when data requires it
• Shape proposals, scope, and pricing; join pitches
• Develop the AI offering and practice (methods, playbooks, hiring, and mentoring)

Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, digital strategy, product management, or business transformation
• At least 2 years leading a portfolio of AI engagements
• Demonstrated impact: led at least one AI initiative to production with results you can quantify
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into realistic plans
• Hands-on daily use of AI build tools/agents (e.g., Claude/Claude Code, ChatGPT/Codex, Cursor, Lovable) and knowledge of their limitations
• Ability to build and defend a business case to a CFO
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and executives; translate technology into business terms
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership of outcomes
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish
