Description

Lead end-to-end pre-construction activities for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely decisions and milestone delivery. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, negotiate with main contractors, and evaluate due diligence audits to protect the path to building permit issuance. The role also focuses on enforcing quality standards and supporting teams throughout pre-construction.

Responsibilities

• Control project progress through efficient, on-time decisions; identify, remove, and appropriately escalate blockers

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to secure resources, define infrastructure construction scope, set priorities, and deliver milestones

• Conduct negotiations with main contractors; evaluate bids and price proposals; negotiate costs with developers and design consultants

• Assess due diligence audits for properties, track schedules, and resolve issues that could impact delivery of the building permit

• Enforce the highest quality standards; build accountability for results; manage and support external and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction site management for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting end-to-end mission-critical facilities (design, pre-construction, scheduling, construction, commissioning)

• Knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering principles

• Experience working effectively in milestone-based projects

• Experience managing teams and external advisors

• Ability to analyze regulations and prepare recommendations

• Strong negotiation skills with main contractors and precise bid evaluation

• English proficiency at least B2 and Polish language proficiency
