Description

You will be responsible for the commercial execution of a national and international portfolio of offshore grid connection systems. As part of a director-level leadership duo with the technical Project Director, you will manage budget, schedule, risks, governance, and decision processes to achieve project goals in budget, timeline, and quality. You will represent commercial interests to stakeholders, lead the commercial project team, and ensure all measures are implemented in a regulation-compliant way.

Responsibilities

• Commercial responsibility for project execution across a national and international portfolio of offshore grid connection systems

• Lead projects together with the technical Project Director in a director-level leadership duo

• Represent commercial interests to stakeholders

• Manage and lead the commercial project team

• Control budget, schedule, risks, and governance

• Structure decision-making processes and shape work packages

• Own budget planning and make cost-effective procurement decisions

• Ensure regulatory compliance for all measures

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a technical field

• Documented experience in commercial project management

• Strong understanding of business economics

• Confident application of legal knowledge in the project context

• Very good MS Office skills; ideally experience with ERP systems

• Very good German and English skills

• Intercultural competence and international experience

• High willingness to travel, including internationally

• Experience in project-driven sectors such as energy, construction, or industry
