Description

You will lead Oracle project delivery for the finance domain, including establishing a stable, integrated, and efficiently operated finance system landscape. The role covers coordinating cross-project planning and ensuring consistent delivery across timelines, budgets, quality standards, and end-to-end processes. You will also manage long-term operational responsibility for the Oracle platform and related finance systems and support strategic transformation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Steer the introduction of Oracle Cloud solutions in the Finance environment, especially the build-out and management of the operating model

• Coordinate project planning across sub-projects and ensure alignment on schedules, budgets, quality standards, and end-to-end processes

• Build a sustainable operations organization for Oracle and adjacent finance systems (e.g., Lucanet), including the relevant interfaces

• Manage collaboration with Oracle, Deloitte, and other partners to ensure business and technical requirements are implemented

• Initiate and manage improvements to processes, applications, and operating models, including sustainable knowledge transfer to the line organization

• Prepare decision materials for steering committees and executive bodies and support strategic transformation decisions

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience building and managing application and platform operations (e.g., ERP or finance systems)

• Ideally: solid Application Management experience and operating experience with complex system landscapes

• Experience leading complex transformation, ERP, or digitalization projects, including leading teams and complex organizational units

• Strong leadership and steering competence in build/transform situations and strong understanding of connections between applications, interfaces, and business processes

• High result orientation and confident decision-making in operational situations
