Description

You’ll help drive the next level of web and app projects for clients in the fintech space. The role combines project management, client communication, and coordination with design and development teams, along with planning, quality checks, and presenting project progress. You’ll bring detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance client wishes with meaningful solutions.

Role responsibilities

• Manage development of websites and smaller applications

• Coordinate production of marketing materials

• Plan capacity, prioritize tasks, and monitor quality

• Communicate with clients and with design and development teams

• Apply critical thinking to find the right balance between client requests and sensible solutions

• Present projects and take ownership to move them forward

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading projects in a digital environment

• Understanding of technologies and interest in how applications work

• Strong organization, planning, and ability to drive tasks to completion

• Proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to take responsibility

• Excellent English: able to present and argue points to clients
