Description

You will join an AI and technology program delivering challenging, real-world AI and data projects with experienced engineering and data teams. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing AI/data solutions using C++, Python, and PySpark, including scalable data-processing pipelines. Depending on your level, you may also contribute to technical architecture and provide leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI and data solutions using C++, Python, and PySpark

• Build scalable data-processing pipelines using Apache Spark / PySpark

• Develop and maintain production-quality software and AI/ML solutions

• Work with large and complex datasets

• Contribute to technical design and solution architecture

• Optimize applications and data pipelines for performance and scalability

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and technical stakeholders

• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments

• Senior only: provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

• Relevant commercial experience by level: Junior (2–4 years) / Mid (4–7 years) / Senior (7+ years)

• Good programming skills in Python and/or C++

• Experience with or knowledge of PySpark / Apache Spark

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Level-appropriate understanding of AI, machine learning, and data engineering concepts

• Mid/Senior: experience working with large-scale data and distributed processing

• Senior: experience with technical architecture and solution design, stakeholder management, and mentoring; ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
