Description

You will design, develop, and deploy client-specific Generative AI solutions in corporate system landscapes, with an emphasis on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). You will translate Generative AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements, guide and mentor junior colleagues, and help evolve Generative AI service offerings. The role also includes cross-functional collaboration and delivering agile implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for clients
• Convert Generative AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements
• Guide and empower junior colleagues in implementing Generative AI solutions
• Further develop Generative AI service portfolios
• Collaborate cross-functionally and deliver agile implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (CS, Physics, Applied/Business Mathematics, Business Engineering) or equivalent
• Several years of experience with cloud-based AI solutions
• Proficient, self-directed programming skills in Python with a focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions (LLMs, foundation models, RAG, fine-tuning, deployment)
• Familiarity with data science methodologies and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks: Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent English skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical and management stakeholders
• German is a plus
• Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently within project teams
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• EU citizenship or Czech Permanent Residence and current residence in the Czech Republic
