Description

Work on real-world AI and data projects within a growing programme in Poland. Depending on your level, you will design, develop, and optimize AI/data solutions using C++, Python, and PySpark, including scalable Spark pipelines and production-quality implementations. Senior engineers will also provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI and data solutions using C++, Python, and PySpark

• Build scalable data-processing pipelines with Apache Spark / PySpark

• Develop and maintain production-quality software and AI/ML solutions

• Work with large and complex datasets

• Contribute to technical design and solution architecture

• Optimize applications and data pipelines for performance and scalability

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and technical stakeholders

• Help integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments

• For senior roles: provide technical leadership and mentor others

Requirements

• Junior (2–4 Years): 2–4 years relevant commercial experience; Python and/or C++; PySpark / Apache Spark knowledge or experience; software engineering fundamentals; interest in AI/ML/data; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and grow.

• Mid-Level (4–7 Years): 4–7 years relevant commercial experience; hands-on C++/Python and/or PySpark; production-quality software/data/AI-ML delivery; large-scale data and distributed processing experience; understanding of AI/ML and data engineering; strong engineering fundamentals; ability to work independently and collaborate; mentoring is a plus.

• Senior (7+ Years): 7+ years relevant commercial experience; extensive C++/Python and/or PySpark; designing and delivering complex production systems; strong understanding of software engineering, distributed systems, data processing and/or AI/ML; technical architecture and solution design experience; stakeholder management/consulting skills; technical leadership and mentoring; ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
