Description

Build and enhance scalable, secure cloud solutions using Python. You will deliver web applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Python solutions for web applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation tools
• Design and manage cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Create scalable microservices and serverless applications using cloud-native frameworks and tools
• Optimize data pipelines and workflows with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP Cloud Functions
• Improve system reliability and scalability using best practices, automated testing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and implement features
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient cloud deployments
• Handle production issues and improve system performance in cloud environments
• Keep up with Python trends and cloud advancements
• Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of commercial Python development experience
• Experience with Python libraries/frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Commercial cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and hands-on services usage
• Experience with cloud-native technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks
• Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Database knowledge: MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB
• Software development best practices, Agile methodologies, Git, and unit testing
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
