Description

You will create, enhance, and implement scalable, secure solutions using Python and modern cloud platforms. The role involves building web applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation, while designing cloud architectures and microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative systems and support digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Python solutions for web applications, APIs, data pipelines, AI/ML models, and automation tools

• Design and manage cloud-based architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Build scalable microservices and serverless applications using cloud-native tooling

• Optimize data pipelines and workflows using cloud services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions)

• Improve reliability and scalability with best coding practices, automated testing, and monitoring

• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to define requirements and implement features

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient cloud deployments

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance

• Stay current with Python and cloud advancements

• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of Python development experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

• Commercial experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and hands-on related services

• Cloud-native competency: Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks

• Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

• Database knowledge: MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB

• Software engineering best practices: Agile, Git, unit testing

• CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and team collaboration
