Description

You will advise clients from requirements analysis and solution design through to implementation of PPM, Data, and AI solutions. The role includes building and modeling data structures on Low-Code platforms such as cplace and Microsoft Power Platform, and helping develop AI platforms like Blockbrain and Langdock. You will facilitate workshops, align business and IT stakeholders, and apply AI throughout project work—from analysis and prototyping to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients from requirements analysis and concepting to go-live for PPM, Data, and AI solutions

• Model data structures on Low-Code platforms (e.g., cplace) and develop scalable solutions for complex project landscapes

• Design project and portfolio management solutions (e.g., with cplace and Meisterplan) and expand AI platforms (e.g., Blockbrain, Langdock)

• Moderate workshops, align business, IT, and decision-makers, and translate requirements into clear solutions

• Use AI in day-to-day project work (analysis, prototyping, documentation) and demonstrate its value to customers

• Own projects and support sales with technical expertise in the DACH region

Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, engineering, or comparable field

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience with successful independent project delivery

• Understanding of interfaces, data models, and Low-Code platforms (preferably cplace, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar)

• Interest in PPM, Data, and AI; willingness to actively build platforms (Blockbrain, Langdock)

• Proven consulting skills: requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and decision-maker communication

• German at C2 level; very good English

• Travel readiness for customer meetings
