Description

You will build a marketing strategy and operating model that links a strong brand to measurable commercial outcomes. You’ll analyze the current state, define positioning, target audiences, key messages, and differentiation, then set budgets, KPIs, and evaluation systems and drive execution end-to-end. The role also includes performance marketing tied to sales results and building the marketing team over time.

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing strategy

• Develop brand and consistent multi-channel communication

• Run performance marketing with direct impact on sales and conversions

• Partner with Sales to accelerate property sales

• Launch key initiatives, manage cooperation with agencies and partners, and implement processes and reporting

• Gradually build the marketing team and required competencies

Requirements

• 4–6 years of marketing experience with proven, measurable results

• Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing

• Ability to move from strategy to execution and set priorities independently

• Data-informed decision-making plus creativity and customer focus

• Experience owning a budget and evaluating ROI

• Ability to collaborate across the company and drive changes

• Entrepreneurial, independent mindset and willingness to build rather than just manage

• Real estate experience is not required
