Description

Collaborate with business and planning stakeholders to gather, analyze, and challenge reporting requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and Power BI reporting solutions, designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Work with Databricks and multiple data sources to deliver reliable reporting, implement KPI and time-intelligence logic, and ensure results are user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and challenge reporting requirements with stakeholders

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and reporting solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations

• Use data from Databricks and multiple source systems

• Support business-oriented data models and a dedicated analytics layer

• Implement KPI calculations, time intelligence, and planning-related reporting logic

• Ensure reports are intuitive and aligned with business goals

• Coordinate with data engineers, technical teams, and business users to ensure data quality and accuracy

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI development (dashboard design, data modeling, DAX)

• Good SQL skills and experience with multi-source data

• Experience delivering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions

• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and reporting best practices

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills across business and technical stakeholders

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English
