Description

Evaluate incoming financial documents and analyze key metrics to prepare credit decisions for dealer inventory financing. Manage credit applications, prolongations, and reductions up to decision readiness, including commenting and voting/approval. Serve as an interface between dealers and regional managers, advise stakeholders on dealer financing, and organize ongoing disclosures while keeping master data updated.

Responsibilities

• Request and review documents required under §18 KWG and possibly §19.2 KWG
• Evaluate incoming documents and analyze relevant ratios/metrics
• Process credit applications, prolongations, and reductions up to decision readiness (including comments and voting/approval)
• Act as a point of contact between dealers and regional managers in credit decisions
• Advise dealers and regional managers on dealer financing; visit dealers on site
• Organize ongoing disclosures in the credit processing workflow and monitor timelines
• Maintain master data in the system

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship; ideally training as Bankfachwirt/Bankbetriebswirt, or alternatively a completed business/economics degree
• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis
• Experience in financial services is advantageous
• Automotive sector experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Very good German and good English
