Description

Drive market and account research to prioritize target sectors, validate fit with potential customers, and support sales readiness through qualified meetings. Produce competitor and pipeline/activity reporting, feeding data-driven insights back into management to refine go-to-market approach. Maintain accurate CRM account data and help shape messaging based on positioning analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and build understanding of sectors and organizations aligned with the product portfolio

• Research target accounts and contacts; maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM

• Initiate early conversations, understand needs, and assess whether there is a genuine fit

• Prepare and schedule qualified meetings for management; perform background research to make discussions productive

• Run competitor and positioning analysis to track how competing products are presented and provide messaging insights

• Produce pipeline and activity reporting showing what was tried, what works, and where efforts should focus

• Work with management to refine the approach using data-driven insights

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technology-related subject (e.g., computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar)

• 4+ years of experience in sales, research, analysis, or a market-facing role

• Strong research skills to build an accurate picture of an organization from limited information

• Confident opening conversations with senior stakeholders at organizations the team hasn’t worked with

• Excellent verbal and written English communication; high standard of spoken English

• Comfortable working to measurable targets and reporting progress openly

• Self-directed; able to own a workstream with limited supervision in a distributed team
