Description

You will drive outbound B2B sales by calling companies, booking meetings, and closing deals for ready AI products, AI automation solutions, and custom AI development.

You’ll identify each company’s pain points, maintain a CRM pipeline with follow-ups, and feed market feedback directly to the development team—often joining larger deals with someone from development.

Compensation is fixed + commission with no sales cap.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of calls to approach companies and secure meetings and deals

• Sell ready-made products (e.g., AuditBot, FoxyNote), AI automations for businesses, and custom AI development

• Discover where the company is struggling and match solutions from the offering

• Maintain and manage a pipeline in CRM and run follow-ups

• Provide market feedback that goes directly into the development process

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or phone sales, or strong drive to succeed in outbound phone selling

• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and persisting after a first “no”

• Clear and natural communication with strong listening skills

• Meticulous follow-up behavior (notes, reminders, and closing discipline)

• Ability to understand what AI can practically do for businesses and explain it in a human way (no programming required)

• Interest in AI and willingness to use AI daily in your work
