Description

You will design, operate, and strategically evolve Network Access Control and secure network access systems. You will advance security and access policies, implement automated access control and compliance checks, and develop network segmentation. You will also support the rollout of modern authentication methods—especially MFA and Citrix-based access—while piloting new technologies and managing external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Concept, operate, and strategically develop Network Access Control and secure network access systems

• Develop security and access policies; design automated access control, compliance checks, and network segmentation

• Design and support rollout of modern authentication methods, especially MFA and Citrix-based access

• Manage external service providers, monitor contracted services, and own quality and escalation management for the responsible systems

• Evaluate new technologies, run pilots, and develop solutions for special requirements and security-critical areas

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor/Diploma (or equivalent) in a STEM field, preferably with an IT focus

• Strong knowledge of Network Access Control, network architectures, VLAN and segmentation concepts, and secure network access methods

• Strong knowledge of authentication and access technologies, especially MFA and remote access solutions, with good understanding of modern IT security architectures

• Knowledge of project, requirements, quality, and vendor/service provider management; ability to design and steer complex technical solutions

• Independent, analytical, solution-oriented working style with strong responsibility for security-critical IT infrastructure
