Description

You will develop and implement IT solutions in your networking and IT-security focus area. You will conduct security assessments and network analyses, support presales with technical details and solution designs, and provide ongoing technical guidance to customers even after projects end. The goal is successful project completion and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT solutions in the networking/security focus area

• Perform security assessments and network analyses

• Provide technical support to customers and continue development after project completion

• Support presales with technical details and creation of solution designs

• Ensure successful project closure and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed IT-related training, degree, or relevant professional experience

• Solid knowledge of current vendor solutions and concepts

• In-depth knowledge in one or more areas: Routing/Switching; campus/datacenter technologies; security solutions (firewalls/WAF/proxies/endpoints/automation); Network Access Control; software-defined networking

• Confident, customer-oriented communication

• Basic understanding of technical and business requirements and customer dependencies

• High self-initiative, ability to work independently, and good communication skills

• Interest in continuous learning and advancing technologies for clients

• Basic understanding of IT security

• Very good German skills

• Ideally: certifications from Cisco, Aruba, Microsoft, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks (or willingness to obtain them)
