Description

You will serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer outcomes through secure implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. You will own business applications-focused technical and business relationships and define technical/functional/governance strategies between the customer and Microsoft. You will lead workshops, analyze requirements, design solutions aligned to architectural standards, and help resolve issues blocking go-live and broad adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners

• Provide customer/partner feedback and insights to relevant Microsoft product teams

• Guide technical and business decision makers to ensure effective usage and measurable value from Microsoft Business Applications

• Identify and resolve issues blocking go-live and usage; deliver work using Microsoft practices and repeatable IP

• Identify growth opportunities through customer/partner conversations

• Lead client workshops to demonstrate capabilities, gather requirements, and develop plans

• Analyze requirements and help design solutions for functional and non-functional requirements

• Mitigate risks and issues with best practices and lessons learned; support continuous improvement

• Share expertise in relevant communities and contribute to IP creation and reuse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and/or related IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access via SSBI with polygraph

• Ability to meet Microsoft/customer/government security screening requirements and maintain required clearances

• Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

• U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power Platform suite experience

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles

• 4+ years on technical projects

• Cloud technical certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)

• Experience implementing, operating, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting Power Platform tools and applications

• Developer experience advantageous (read/write C# and JavaScript)

• ITIL/Service Management understanding

• Enterprise customer segment experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills

• Proven technical writing, presentation, and training skills

• Face-to-face customer engagement experience

Benefits

• Base pay range (U.S.): USD $106,400–$203,600 per year; SF Bay Area and NYC metro: USD $137,600–$222,600 per year
