Role Description

You are responsible for end-to-end planning, architecture, and implementation of Modern Work, Cloud, and hybrid-cloud solutions based on the Microsoft platform. You develop cloud strategies, roadmaps, and target architectures combining Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, security, and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and architect Modern Work, Cloud, and Hybrid-Cloud solutions on the Microsoft platform

• Create cloud strategies, roadmaps, and target architectures (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Security, and on-premises)

• Design secure integration scenarios between public cloud and the data center

• Advise IT leadership and C-level stakeholders on cloud readiness, infrastructure modernization, and IT strategy

• Analyze existing environments and derive scalable, secure target architectures

• Clearly communicate complex technical topics and make informed architecture decisions

• Own project architecture end-to-end: analysis and design, Proof of Concept, and Go-Live

• Coordinate internal and external project teams and ensure quality of technical deliverables

• Coach technical roles and support transformation projects in both cloud and data center

Requirements

• Several years of experience in conceiving, implementing, and migrating Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions

• Practical knowledge of designing hybrid cloud architectures (Azure and data center)

• Deep technical understanding of Entra ID and Hybrid Identity, Azure networks, Security & Governance, and Modern Work workloads

• Ideally experience in technical leadership or project responsibility

• Strong consulting and communication skills (technical and business)

• Structured, independent, proactive work style with clear focus on overall context

• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
