Description

You will ensure IT security and expand cyber security by hardening systems and strengthening the company’s protection of sensitive data. You will continuously develop business processes and the ERP system (especially Faktura), support departments with software-related topics, and contribute to a company-wide AI strategy. The role also includes expanding and maintaining the ISMS, training employees, and supporting cross-department IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT security and protect sensitive data, including system hardening and expansion of cyber security

• Continuously develop business processes and the ERP system

• Support development of an enterprise-wide AI strategy

• Advise and support departments on software questions

• Manage hardware and software and support the IT team as needed

• Support leadership with organization of cross-company IT projects

• Train and further develop employees and expand the ISMS

• Further develop and document core operational processes

Requirements

• (Business) informatics or business administration degree is desirable; alternatively, completed IT-focused training

• Experience deploying and developing ERP systems, especially Faktura

• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software management

• Relevant experience in cyber security

• Organizational skills, teamwork, and strong process and quality orientation

• Ability to think across departments and contribute to or lead internal projects (processes, organizational development, supply chain management)

• Knowledge of AI and use of AI concepts in SMEs
