Description

Build and mature the organization’s information security so it has real impact, not just checklist compliance. Implement NIS2 requirements and develop information security governance, while analyzing security risks and designing mitigations. Operate and improve security technologies, monitor events, coordinate incident handling, and support vulnerability and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Implement NIS2 requirements and evolve Information Security Governance
• Analyze security risks and propose mitigation measures
• Manage and develop security technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Security, CrowdStrike, Cortex, Rapid7)
• Monitor security events and coordinate incident solutions
• Manage vulnerabilities and participate in patch management
• Create security policies, standards, and methods
• Collaborate with IT, architects, and business teams
• Prepare internal audits and support certifications
• Increase employee security awareness

Requirements

• Experience in Information Security or Cyber Security
• Understanding of enterprise IT environments
• Orientation in network security, identities, endpoint protection, and/or cloud services
• Understanding of risk management principles
• Ability to analyze problems and propose practical solutions
• Comfort communicating with people across the company
• Interest in learning new technologies
