Description

You will develop and expand the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 and oversee enterprise-wide information security and risk management. You will assess new technologies, cloud services, and digital initiatives for information security, compliance, and risk implications. You will also support security strategies, policies, and group-wide cyber resilience and security compliance programs, including NIS2, AI security, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic further development of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001
• Manage and further develop enterprise-wide information security and risk management
• Assess new technologies, cloud services, and digital business initiatives from an information security, compliance, and risk perspective
• Support the further development of security strategies, policies, and standards
• Contribute to group-wide programs to strengthen cyber resilience and security compliance
• Work on future-focused topics such as NIS2, AI security, AI governance, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, or Security Governance
• Solid knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards, especially ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in developing and implementing security governance and compliance requirements
• English proficiency in spoken and written communication
• High commitment, problem-solving ability, teamwork and communication skills, and a goal-oriented, independent working style
• Availability for occasional business travel to German and international locations
