Description

You will take responsibility for specific AI projects end-to-end—from clarifying what needs to change, building or configuring solutions, enabling people to use them, and ensuring they’re actually adopted. You will deploy and tune tools like Claude and automate workflows across systems (including Odoo), create smaller solutions with skills/agents and API/MCP integrations, and support operational AI services and client reporting. You’ll also run workshops and measure the value delivered by each project.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI projects from assignment to operational handover; define changes, rationale, milestones, coordinate people, and track deadlines (Plane)
• Deploy and fine-tune tools and integrations (Claude: projects, skills, connectors; Odoo for HR/expenditure/CRM/finance; Plane; Keboole automations)
• Build smaller AI solutions: Claude skills and agents, automations, lightweight apps/dashboards, integrations via API or MCP
• Operate and improve finished solutions: media monitoring summaries, alerts, client reports, and event tool
• Enable colleagues through workshops, short guides, and support for AI ambassadors
• Measure project contribution by estimating saved hours or costs

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with projects/consulting/operations/development, or equivalent self-driven projects
• Ability to manage project work (planning steps, stakeholder coordination, deadline tracking) and drive delivery to completion
• Uses AI daily; has hands-on experience with Claude or ChatGPT and automation tools such as Make/n8n/Zapier
• Comfortable with technical basics: APIs, JSON, and fundamentals of Python or SQL (developer role not required)
• Can explain new tools so business users understand and can use them
• Fluent Czech or Slovak; reads English documentation without difficulty
• Proactive problem-solver who brings proposed solutions and asks/researches when needed
