Description

Lead the technical direction of AI-assisted software delivery by designing AI architectures, agent workflows, and engineering tooling. Define how Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and specification tooling are used across repositories, documentation, ticketing systems, and delivery pipelines. Establish standards for reliability, security, governance, and AI evaluation, and provide reusable technical patterns to support adoption across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design AI architectures, agent workflows, and supporting engineering tooling

• Define the usage of Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and specification tooling across software delivery

• Assess business use cases and recommend effective AI-driven solutions

• Integrate AI capabilities with repositories, documentation, ticketing systems, and delivery pipelines

• Establish standards for reliability, security, governance, and AI evaluation

• Create reusable technical patterns, best practices, and implementation guidance

• Provide technical leadership and support adoption across engineering teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI architecture and hands-on AI engineering

• Advanced practical experience with Claude and Claude Code

• Solid understanding of agent design, context management, and tool integration

• Proven experience with MCP integrations

• Strong software engineering background and knowledge of modern delivery practices

• Experience designing or implementing spec-driven development approaches

• Understanding of AI evaluation, security, governance, and operational risks

• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
