Description

You will own end-to-end revenue and the commercial function across sales, marketing, and customer success. Lead the three commercial engines (SMB, Enterprise, and health-tech/pharma projects), drive marketing and lead generation (positioning, campaigns, conversion funnel), and support expansion into new markets from concept through the first signed deal.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire revenue function
• Set commercial and marketing strategy, planning, targets, and reporting to leadership and investors
• Run and scale three commercial engines: SMB, Enterprise, and health-tech/pharma projects
• Own marketing and lead generation: positioning, campaigns, conversion funnel, and internal/external specialists
• Lead, develop, and scale the commercial team lines (AE, BDR, enterprise, customer success); add roles where needed
• Drive market expansion efforts into new markets from early design to first deal closure

Requirements

• Acquisition-driven commercial background with the ability to build teams and processes
• Experience selling SaaS or a similar product; ideally in a market where the product is still establishing
• Strong cross-functional understanding of marketing and product growth: funnel, data, unit economics
• Player-coach mindset—able to personally engage on and close key deals
• Proven ability to scale teams from a few people to dozens while maintaining culture
• Healthcare knowledge is an advantage; genuine interest in healthcare is required
