Description

Support the company-wide SAP PP module, covering both SAP Customizing and ongoing support. You will document software-supported and business processes and conduct trainings for key users and the specialist department for remanufacturing (Neufertigung) processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise support for the SAP PP module
• Document software-supported processes and train key users
• Support the specialist department for remanufacturing (Neufertigung) processes
• Document business processes and run trainings

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker for application development) with long-term relevant experience
• Multi-year experience with SAP Customizing and support, preferably in the SAP PP module
• Strong overall understanding of the SAP landscape
• Team orientation, social competence, quick comprehension, and reliability
• Good English skills in speech and writing
