Description

Join an engineering team responsible for developing and automating platform controls across internal developer and hosting platforms. You will analyze business and technical requirements, design and build automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIs, and work with data schemas and process flows to automate controls at scale. You will contribute to the Platform Control Plane and drive reusable solutions that improve platform reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to understand how platform services can support and automate controls
• Design and develop automation services, workflows, integrations, and APIs
• Work with data schemas and process flows
• Develop solutions for automating controls at scale
• Contribute to the Platform Control Plane
• Drive automation and process improvements and build reusable solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams across different locations and time zones
• Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to define priorities and deliver new solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with multiple programming languages (polyglot development)
• Strong software engineering skills including API development, database design, data schemas, and process flows
• Understanding of internal developer platforms, hosting platforms, and cloud environments
• Basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies
• Experience working with iterative software delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience providing technical leadership across distributed/global teams
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
• Fluent English and Polish
