• Role: Full Stack Developer

Description

You will independently develop web application features from refining requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment. Work covers frontend, backend, and integrations between systems, with daily use of AI tools to support coding, code analysis, debugging, testing, and documentation. You’ll solve technical problems, improve performance, and help evolve existing modules while collaborating with the product team and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver features end-to-end (requirements clarification to deployment and verification)

• Develop frontend, backend, and system integrations

• Use AI tools for programming support, code analysis, debugging, testing, and documentation

• Troubleshoot technical issues, improve performance, and extend existing modules

• Translate user and business needs into solutions with the product team and experts

• Propose improvements and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks

Requirements

• Experience building and evolving web applications independently

• Frontend and backend skills plus knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and Git

• Practical AI usage in developer workflow (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex)

• Experience with Python and Django

• Ability to read, understand, and evaluate code

• Ownership of solution quality: testing, error handling, security, and support for future development

• Ability to organize work independently, make decisions, and ask questions when requirements need clarification

• Ability to work with an existing codebase and diagnose issues

• English level enabling free use of technical documentation
