Description

Provide designs for new and existing solutions, covering the end-to-end experience from concept to execution. You will design complex workflows, integrate seamlessly into agentic experiences, and define quantitative and qualitative measures to assess UX health. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product vision, and advocate for design excellence while scaling design quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI)

• Portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables

• Strong foundation in design thinking and usability principles/techniques

• Highly proficient using design software and AI tools

• Hands-on experience with user flows, low/high fidelity designs, and prototypes

• Familiarity with interaction design, agentic experience design, and information architecture

• Working knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and grid principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and business acumen

• Proactive ownership and ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with user research and crafting personas or jobs-to-be-done

• Experience collaborating in an Agile software development process

• Knowledge of basic front-end languages: HTML/CSS/JavaScript
