Description

Join the IT Applications planning team to design, develop, implement, and support Anaplan Planning platform capabilities. You will translate business requirements into robust Anaplan models, lead implementations and improvements, and mentor Anaplan Model builders while serving as an in-house SME. You will also collaborate with technical teams to streamline inbound/outbound data interfaces and expand Anaplan’s footprint enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, implementable Anaplan Modeling solutions

• Lead projects to implement new and improve existing Anaplan functionalities

• Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements

• Gather user stories with business users and design/build new Anaplan models

• Promote adherence to Anaplan Model Building and Lifecycle Management best practices

• Collaborate with technical teams to automate inbound and outbound data interfaces with the Anaplan Data Hub

• Support business challenges tied to fast-paced company growth using Anaplan technology solutions

• Act as the single point of contact between Business and IT to manage and expand the Anaplan footprint

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 Certification required

• Master Anaplanner Certification preferred

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Chain solutions

• Minimum 3 years experience developing Anaplan planning solutions with business stakeholders (Sales Operations Planning or Supply Chain Demand Planning in High-Tech)

• Hands-on experience with Anaplan data modeling, master data management, and administration

• Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development

• High interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under challenging timelines

• Semiconductor/High-Tech demand and supply chain planning knowledge preferred

• Knowledge of SAP IBP and AI tools is a plus
