Description

You will analyze, structure, and evaluate business requirements for digital banking solutions in corporate customer business and multibanking. You will translate requirements into clear specifications for software development, support projects from requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and rollout, and resolve functional issues in production operations. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and assess business requirements for digital corporate banking solutions

• Design and further develop customer-oriented functions of the Internet branch

• Convert business requirements into understandable specifications and coordinate with software development

• Support development projects from requirements analysis through implementation and testing to go-live

• Analyze and resolve functional errors and questions in ongoing operations

• Collaborate with internal and external contacts for continuous solution improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable qualification

• At least 2–3 years of job-related experience

• Experience as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner, or comparable role

• Experience in requirements analysis and cooperation with software development

• Knowledge of agile methods and software development processes

• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• Initiative, responsibility, and enjoyment in shaping digital solutions

• Advantage: Knowledge of banking, corporate customer business, or payment processing (EBICS/FinTS) and relevant certification (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level)
