Description

You will analyze customer needs, gather requirements, and prepare proposals for new solutions. The role includes configuring and customizing SAP BI solutions, creating functional and technical/user documentation, supporting testing and rollout, and providing ongoing operational support. You will collaborate with internal teams and key customer users, including user training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs, goals, and processes
• Collect requirements and create solution design proposals
• Prepare documentation (functional specifications, technical documentation, user documentation)
• Configure and customize BI solutions
• Test and support system deployment according to project standards and methodologies
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., developers)
• Communicate with key customer users and deliver training
• Provide operational support to the customer
• Take ownership of the implementation process end-to-end (analysis through testing and support)

Requirements

• Experience from IT implementation projects
• Practical experience with SAP DWH and BI tools
• Advanced SAP BI knowledge in one or more areas:
  • SAP BW: BW modeling, data acquisition, data transformations, InfoProvider development, query design, BW4HANA, Eclipse
  • SAP HANA: SQL; analysis and troubleshooting of DB views and procedures
  • SAP BusinessObjects: BI Launchpad, Analysis for Excel
  • Administration of BW and BusinessObjects BI platform
  • Transport request management
  • Data analysis experience
  • SAP Analytics Cloud knowledge/experience
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Analytical abilities and technical mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
• Willingness to travel; responsibility and reliability; independent work
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak
• Solid English communication skills
