Description

You will help develop and advance the company’s IT landscape for servers, network, clients, and cloud. The position focuses on planning and delivering infrastructure, migration, digitization, and IT security projects, while coordinating external IT service providers. You will also contribute to IT security policies and support customer system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and further develop the IT infrastructure (servers, network, clients, cloud)

• Plan and implement infrastructure, migration, digitization, and IT security projects

• Coordinate external IT service providers and steer joint projects

• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT security policies and concepts

• Support integrating systems into customers’ IT infrastructures

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration)

• Several years of experience administering Windows Server and client environments

• Solid knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, backup & recovery (Veeam), and IT security

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

• Experience in planning and implementing IT projects, ideally in an industrial environment

• High self-initiative and enjoyment of developing pragmatic, cost-effective solutions

• Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
