Description

You will develop individual IT solutions and software architectures for customer projects and translate customer requirements into technical concepts. The role combines strong software engineering (modern stacks) with collaboration in an interdisciplanary team and active mentoring via pair programming and code reviews. You will help shape the new consulting location from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions and software architectures with modern technology stacks (e.g., Spring, React, Angular, vue.js, GitHub Actions)

• Convert business/customer requirements into maintainable, scalable technical concepts

• Support less experienced colleagues through pair programming and code reviews

• Communicate technical decisions confidently in client environments

Requirements

• Passion for code quality and Clean Code principles

• Several years of experience in software development (e.g., Java/Spring Boot or frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, vue.js)

• Strong skills in database and data modeling and in designing scalable IT systems

• Experience working in customer environments (traditional and agile) and confident technical communication

• Completed IT degree (university of applied sciences or university)

• Willingness to use design freedom and help build the new site

• Enjoy collaboration and knowledge exchange (on-site, remote, and in team settings)

• German fluency at C1 level

• Willingness to travel in the Hanover region and to other company locations and clients in NRW
