Description

Join a team developing key systems for major clients across banking, insurance, automotive, and logistics. You will build applications that help clients save time, money, and effort, propose and apply new technologies, and work on both internal tools and client implementations. The work includes evolving core functionality, collaborating with experts, and producing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop key client and internal applications and features

• Diagnose, debug, tune, and improve system functionality used in real scenarios

• Design and apply new technologies that drive innovation

• Support software implementation and tuning on internal projects and directly with clients

• Collaborate with experienced experts and share knowledge within the team

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support smooth development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Java programming experience

• Hands-on skills with Spring or Hibernate

• Database experience, especially Oracle or PostgreSQL

• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively

• English level B2+ for communicating with colleagues and clients
