Description

You will develop and maintain full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and database layers using .NET and React. The role includes building backend services and APIs, designing and optimizing SQL queries and database solutions, and taking ownership from technical design through implementation and testing. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions while contributing to continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and React
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and web interfaces
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database solutions
• Take ownership of delivered solutions (technical design → implementation → testing)
• Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-driven solutions
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core)
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
• Knowledge of Git
• Understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• English proficiency B1/B2 level minimum
• Polish proficiency B2 level minimum
