Description

You will co-decide on the technical architecture and direction of the central GUI and API, and develop backend services with active co-creation of a modern frontend ecosystem. The role includes end-to-end responsibility from architecture and implementation to production deployment, along with technical leadership through code standards, reviews, and mentoring. You will solve non-trivial, scalable systems challenges, including working with huge amounts of data.

Responsibilities

• Co-decide the architecture and direction for the central GUI and API

• Build backend services and help shape a modern frontend ecosystem (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Own delivery end-to-end: design → implementation → production deployment

• Set code standards, lead technical discussions, and mentor team members

• Tackle scalability challenges for large data volumes

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of PHP 8+

• Knowledge of at least one major PHP framework (Symfony, Laravel, Nette, etc.) with strong OOP, design patterns, and clean code understanding

• Strong frontend experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive UI development (e.g., Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS or similar)

• Ability to design sustainable frontend architecture

• Ability to make architectural decisions, weigh trade-offs, and be accountable for outcomes

• B2+ English proficiency for documentation, communication, and international market readiness

• Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD development processes
