• Compensation: 1000–1200 PLN net + VAT/day (based on experience)

Description

You will design and implement backend services in Java using Spring/Spring Boot for an established enterprise system in the financial sector. The role includes developing and integrating REST APIs, contributing to Angular/JavaScript frontend components, and modernizing the environment toward newer Java versions. You will also create unit tests and follow testing best practices to ensure stability, security, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java backend services with Spring/Spring Boot

• Develop and integrate REST APIs

• Work with a complex, existing enterprise system

• Develop frontend elements using Angular/JavaScript

• Participate in modernization toward newer Java versions

• Create unit tests and follow testing best practices, including TDDD

• Ensure stability, security, and quality of delivered solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and backend technologies

• Very good knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot

• Experience with Angular and Jasmine (preferred: at least 2 years)

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Comfortable working with SQL, Maven, and Git

• Strong emphasis on testing, code quality, and stability

• Ability to work with existing complex codebases

• English communication skills at least B2
