Description

You will take over the studio’s communication end to end, expanding beyond executing assignments to actively invent, manage, and create content. The role covers publishing planning, writing for LinkedIn/newsletters/video descriptions, event coverage (shooting/recording + writing), client testimonials and designer videos, and creating social/YouTube visuals from concept to publication. You’ll also continuously propose improvements to how content is produced.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the publishing plan (what, when, and where to publish)
• Write human, on-tone content: LinkedIn posts, newsletter copy, and video captions/descriptions
• Cover internal and public events: attend, photograph/film, and write up content; capture spontaneous on-camera opportunities
• Coordinate and produce client testimonials and videos with designers (schedule, record, edit; secure client approvals, logos, assets)
• Design and produce visuals for social media and YouTube, extending or improving the existing visual style
• Continuously bring ideas on how to do the work better

Requirements

• Strong passion for design and desire to tell design stories
• Excellent writing with a strong sense of tone and storytelling
• Professional-level photography and videography using your own equipment/setup
• Ability to deliver from A to Z: idea, coordination, production, and publication without micromanagement
• Flexibility for varying monthly workloads and event frequency
• Availability in Prague when required
• Responsible, proactive approach to getting missing inputs (client approvals, brand materials, assets)
