Description

You’ll support multiple customer environments by keeping their IT reliable, secure, and modern. The role covers server and virtualization administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Remote Desktop Services), Microsoft 365/cloud services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune), and ongoing troubleshooting and optimization. You’ll also help automate recurring tasks and contribute ideas to modernize customer IT.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers and virtualization: Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Remote Desktop Services
• Manage Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions: Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune
• Oversee networks and security: firewalls, VPN, VLANs, WLAN, UniFi
• Handle backups and infrastructure with Veeam, Synology, monitoring, and data backup
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems; independently support customers
• Participate in IT projects including server rollouts, migrations, and implementation of modern solutions
• Bring ideas and continuously improve customers’ IT
• Support automation of recurring tasks, simplify workflows, and apply new technologies sensibly

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Strong fundamentals in networking, firewalls, and VPN
• Enjoy troubleshooting and working independently
• Friendly customer communication and teamwork orientation
• Good German language skills
• Driver’s license Class B
• Training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable practical experience (preferred)
• Technical mindset, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to learn
