Role Description

Design, develop, and evaluate innovative ML models to solve complex business and scientific challenges. Lead end-to-end ML/GenAI projects with high ambiguity and scale, partnering with scientists and software engineers to deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate innovative ML models for diverse industry problems
• Drive end-to-end Machine Learning and GenAI projects
• Build models, run proof-of-concepts, experiment, optimize, and deploy into production
• Collaborate with scientists and software engineers to deliver ML and science solutions to production
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, and serving
• Act as a technical practitioner in AI/ML; lead efforts within and across teams on new research approaches
• Communicate scientific methodology clearly to audiences with diverse backgrounds

Requirements

• 3+ years of building models for business application
• PhD, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML, or related field experience
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or related language
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, plus parsing or numerical optimization or data mining or parallel/distributed computing or high-performance computing
