Description

You will own end-to-end applied science for frontier AI tooling used by sales and delivery teams, spanning GenAI agents, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, synthetic controls, and account prioritization. A core focus is building a high-quality context layer that improves the quality, accuracy, reliability, and security of AI agents. You will frame ambiguous, high-value problems with business leaders and take solutions through deployment.

Role Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex science problems: problem framing, data exploration, method selection, modeling, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Set technical direction for ambiguous problems and make design choices that others build on.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery stakeholders to translate open-ended business questions into well-scoped science and actionable recommendations.
• Raise the scientific bar through design reviews, mentorship, and hands-on guidance.
• Communicate methods, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use Python, PySpark, and SQL for data analysis and model development.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Experience with SQL and Python scripting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Experience managing and deploying ML products.
